Evaluate the limit
$$\Omega = \lim_{n \rightarrow +\infty} \sum_{k=1}^{n} \frac{\frac{1}{n} \arctan \left ( \frac{k}{n} \right )}{1+2\sqrt{1+\frac{1}{n} \arctan \left ( \frac{k}{n} \right )}}$$
